Business Analyst
C² Technologies seeks a Business Analyst to serve as a vital link between business objectives and training results. The position will support teams by documenting and communicating results, analyzing data, responding to data calls, evaluating current practices, and gathering requirements for future work. The Business Analyst will also track and report costs and performance. This is an onsite or hybrid position.
Summary:
The Business Analyst will monitor business processes, assist in the development of training products, and provide data analysis to support the development of business strategies. The role requires the ability to analyze complex issues and communicate findings to leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze training program performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and produce reports for management.
  • Support the development of project proposals and business cases.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and document them effectively.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Experience with project management and tracking tools.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • MBA or Master's degree in a business-related field.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and SCORM.
  • Experience with LMS and cost-benefit analyses.

Tools & Software:
