Client is seeking a highly motivated Analytics Manager to lead the organization''''s analytics initiatives and support data-driven decision-making across business functions. Required Qualifications

  • 6–8+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or related disciplines.
  • 2–4+ years of experience leading analytics teams or managing analytics projects.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, and report optimization.
  • Experience working with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
  • Experience working with cloud analytics platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and the ability to collaborate with data science teams on predictive analytics initiatives.
  • Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and enterprise data warehouse environments.
  • Strong understanding of KPI development, business performance measurement, and executive reporting.
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, and metadata management practices.

Position 2 - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning system Analyst 
 
Client is seeking a highly motivated System Analyst to join the Data Management team. In this role, the ideal candidate will work closely with the Information and Business Analytics team, stakeholders and subject-matter experts to build machine learning (ML) models, artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, configure data pipelines to integrate models with existing software and applications, and drive innovation in alignment with the organization’s AI initiatives, as well as have experience collecting stakeholder requirements, translating requirements into an actionable plan and developing data visualizations using tools like Microsoft PowerBI. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science, proficiency in machine learning frameworks, data visualizing frameworks and have experience in developing ML models and AI agents using Python, as well as being familiar with the Microsoft Azure environment
 
Position Responsibilities
 
  • Design, build and optimize machine learning models and configure data pipelines to source data from various business systems.
  • Collaborate with functional experts to understand requirements and translate them into  technical solutions.
  • Develop and deploy models in production environments.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure accuracy, performance and reliability.
