As a Business Analytics Manager Senior within PNC's Consumer Data Solutions & Analytics organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, or Philadelphia, PA; Cleveland, OH; Washington, DC; or Tyson's Corner, VA.
Job Overview:
The Consumer Data Solutions & Analytics team is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Analytics Manager Senior to lead analytics and data management initiatives across the customer data domain. The role will focus on improving the quality, completeness, accuracy, consistency, lineage, and control of customer data used in business operations, risk management, regulatory compliance, and customer-focused decisions.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in customer data, data quality management, data governance, and risk and compliance environments. This individual will partner with business, technology, data governance, risk, legal, and compliance stakeholders to define data requirements, identify control gaps, resolve data issues, and deliver sustainable, auditable solutions that support enterprise standards and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex analytics and data management initiatives involving customer identity, profile, contact, account relationship, consent, preference, and other customer-domain data.
Define, implement, and monitor data quality rules and controls for completeness, accuracy, validity, consistency, timeliness, uniqueness, and integrity.
Analyze customer data across source systems, master data platforms, and downstream applications to identify anomalies, gaps, reconciliation breaks, and systemic root causes.
Build and maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, exception reports, and management reporting using SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
Establish measurable data quality thresholds, key performance indicators, key risk indicators, issue escalation criteria, and remediation tracking.
Partner with data owners, data stewards, technology teams, and business users to document data definitions, lineage, business rules, controls, and ownership.
Support regulatory compliance, audit, and risk management activities by producing traceable analysis, control evidence, impact assessments, and remediation reporting.
Assess customer data risks, translate regulatory and policy expectations into analytical or control requirements, and identify opportunities to strengthen preventive and detective controls.
Coordinate issue management from identification and prioritization through root-cause analysis, corrective action, validation, closure, and ongoing monitoring.
Communicate customer data risks, quality trends, control effectiveness, and remediation status to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Drive automation and standardization of data profiling, validation, reconciliation, exception management, and reporting processes.
Mentor analysts and promote consistent practices for customer data analysis, data quality testing, documentation, and control execution.
Required Experience & Skills:
8+ years of experience in: Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, and/or Data-Driven Decision Support.
Strong experience presenting complex analytical findings to business and executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated success communicating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience supporting Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, or Regulatory-focused initiatives.
Advanced SQL expertise including: Complex Queries, Joins, Aggregations, Subqueries, Data Validation, and Performance Optimization.
Strong Python programming and coding experience including: Data Analysis, Data Manipulation, Reporting Automation, Data Quality Monitoring, and Predictive Analytics.
Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI
Experience working within customer-focused data environments and consumer data domains.
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence business decisions through analytics and data storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Generative AI solutions, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI-powered business applications.
Banking, Consumer Finance, FinTech, or Financial Services industry experience.
Experience supporting Regulatory Reporting, Risk Analytics, Customer Analytics, Fraud Analytics, or Compliance Analytics
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and enterprise data management practices.
Experience leading analytics strategy and enterprise reporting initiatives.
Familiarity with machine learning, predictive analytics, and advanced statistical modeling.
