Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is a Small, Woman, and Minority-Owned Business Enterprise with over 18 years of experience in IT Consulting Services. They are seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to coordinate survey distribution, manage survey platforms, and support data reporting initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and maintain survey distribution schedules
• Administer and manage survey and course evaluation platforms
• Monitor survey response rates and ensure reporting accuracy
• Generate and maintain data reports and dashboards
• Support institutional reporting initiatives including Factbook and Graduate Placement reporting
• Create visual reports using Power BI or Tableau
• Utilize Excel Pivot Tables for reporting and analysis
• Ensure consistent, ethical, and efficient survey processes
• Collaborate with internal departments to support data collection and reporting needs
• Assist with additional survey and reporting projects as required
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2+ years of experience creating and administering surveys and data reports
• Experience working with survey platforms such as: Qualtrics, SmartEvals, SogoSurvey, Alchemer, or similar survey tools
• 2+ years of experience with Power BI or Tableau
• 2+ years of experience using Pivot Tables in Excel
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's Degree (required and verifiable)
Preferred:
• Experience with SQL or similar data extraction/query methods
