  • Collaborate with business partners to understand their challenges, needs, and objectives.
  • Facilitate discovery, analysis, and requirements-definition workshops with stakeholders.
  • Map and analyze current processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and the use of artificial intelligence.
  • Translate business needs into clear and prioritized requirements and contribute to the design of business-aligned solutions.
  • Analyze impacts, dependencies, risks, and expected benefits while defining acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in Agile team activities and collaborate closely with developers, IT analysts, and architects.
  • Support delivery planning activities in Azure DevOps and ensure alignment between business needs, solutions, and deliverables.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and support the adoption of implemented solutions.
  • Contribute to benefit realization and the continuous improvement of delivery practices.

  • Intermediate level of English and advanced level of French proficiency since the incumbent will be required to participate in presentations and meetings, as well as read and create documentation with internal unilingual English-speaking and French-speaking partners and executive leadership on a regular basis.
