Tech Talent International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and mid-sized organizations in Canada/US and Europe.

We currently have a role as a Senior Business Analyst - AI Transformation with our large consulting client on a long term project with a major financial services client in the Montreal area.


Role: Senior Business Analyst - AI Transformation

Type: Contract 37.5 hrs/week

Duration: 12 months to start + extension

Rate: $80-100/hr (depending on experience) C2C

Location: Hybrid - Montreal, QC - 3 days remote, 2 days in office ( up to 4 days during key project phases)

As part of its digital transformation, our organization is implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to accelerate value delivery, improve strategic alignment, and strengthen execution capabilities.

This transformation is taking place in a rapidly evolving environment characterized by:

2. Assignment Objective

As a Business Analyst, the consultant will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and defining business needs arising from business challenges and opportunities that impact the organization's strategic objectives.
