  • Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
  • Support system implementations by developing test plans, coordinating user acceptance testing, and presenting findings to project teams.

To support onboarding and training, the initial weeks of employment may be conducted in-office.  Following this period, Tuesday and Thursday are required in office days with remote opportunities the rest of the week.

Your experience, skills, and education should include:

  • Experience managing large-scale ERP or enterprise system implementations is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to analyze business processes, operational needs, and technical systems
  • Proven experience eliciting and documenting requirements from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation and guidance.
  • Experience working independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least nine years of relevant business analyst experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

You’ll love us because:

  • We prioritize our employees and invest in policies, benefits, and a workplace culture that supports their success.
