Business Analyst

At Cicero-MGT, the Business Analyst serves as a key contributor within project teams, bridging data analysis and strategic insight to support client engagements. This role builds on foundational analytical skills and requires prior professional experience to independently manage workstreams, contribute to client deliverables, and mentor junior team members. This position is specifically designed for candidates with 1–3 years of full-time, post-graduate professional experience, preferably in consulting or similarly fast-paced, analytical environments. As a Cicero-MGT Business Analyst, you will:

  • Own and execute core project workstreams, including data analysis, research, and synthesis of findings
  • Translate data into actionable insights and contribute to strategic recommendations
  • Develop client-ready deliverables (presentations, reports, models) with minimal oversight
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Support project planning, timelines, and budget tracking
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
  • Guide and mentor junior analysts, providing feedback on work quality and approach
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments
