Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is a Small, Woman, and Minority-Owned Business Enterprise with over 18 years of experience in providing IT Consulting Services. They are seeking a Business Analyst to coordinate survey distribution, manage survey platforms, and support institutional reporting initiatives while ensuring data accuracy and collaboration with internal departments.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and maintain survey distribution schedules
• Administer and manage survey and course evaluation platforms
• Monitor survey response rates and ensure reporting accuracy
• Generate and maintain data reports and dashboards
• Support institutional reporting initiatives including Factbook and Graduate Placement reporting
• Create visual reports using Power BI or Tableau
• Utilize Excel Pivot Tables for reporting and analysis
• Ensure consistent, ethical, and efficient survey processes
• Collaborate with internal departments to support data collection and reporting needs
• Assist with additional survey and reporting projects as required
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2+ years of experience creating and administering surveys and data reports
• Experience working with survey platforms such as: Qualtrics, SmartEvals, SogoSurvey, Alchemer, or similar survey tools
• 2+ years of experience with Power BI or Tableau
• 2+ years of experience using Pivot Tables in Excel
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's Degree (required and verifiable)
Preferred:
• Experience with SQL or similar data extraction/query methods
