Job Description Senior Business Analyst - Finance Location: Plano, TX (Remote) Duration: 12-Month Contract Employment Type: W2 Contract Industry: Financial Services Rate: $70-$80/HR Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Finance to support strategic initiatives within a large enterprise Finance organization. This role will partner closely with Finance leadership, FP&A, Accounting, Investments, and Private Credit teams to analyze business processes, drive transformation initiatives, and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance. The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting enterprise Finance organizations, strong business analysis and consulting skills, and a solid understanding of Private Credit, Investment Operations, Capital Markets, or Asset Management.

This position requires exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements. Key Responsibilities Partner with Finance leadership to support strategic and transformational initiatives. Analyze cross-functional business processes across Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Investments, and Private Credit.

Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and business process workshops. Develop business cases, executive presentations, implementation roadmaps, and process documentation. Translate business objectives into functional requirements and actionable work plans.

Coordinate activities across Finance, Investments, Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Operations teams. Support project planning, dependency management, governance, and executive reporting. Identify business risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Partner with Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Support organizational change management and business readiness activities. Required Qualifications 7+ years of Business Analysis, Business Consulting, Program Management, or Business Transformation experience.

Experience supporting Finance organizations, FP&A, or enterprise financial initiatives. Strong knowledge of Private Credit, Investment Operations, Capital Markets, Asset Management, or financial products. Experience facilitating executive-level meetings and influencing business decisions.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Experience developing business cases, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving business environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Private Credit or Investment Management organizations.

Financial modeling experience. FinTech or financial technology experience. Experience partnering with Data & Analytics teams.

Finance transformation or automation experience. Oracle EPM experience. FP&A expertise.

Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience using Jira Work Management (JWM), Clarity, or similar enterprise project management tools. PMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, CFA, or similar certifications.
