  • $7,500 bonus for drivers with 5+ years tanker experience
  • +8 CPM Safety Performance Bonus on top of base pay
  • +4 CPM Mileage Productivity Bonus on top of base pay
  • Consistently average 2400-2800 miles per week on OTR
