You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as:
  • Provides technical support and advice on building operations, maintenance, repair and alteration programs.
  • Advises agency management on optional use of building facilities.
  • Monitors the building automation system.
