You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. Responsibilities:
  • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly
  • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria
  • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner
  • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts
  • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade
  • Assuring the hotel is clean and trash-free

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
  • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software
  • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role
  • Driverโ€™s license and clean driving record is mandatory
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
