Job description

Full-Time Year-Round Exempt
The Madison School District seeks an experienced, hands-on Building & Grounds Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and operation of all district facilities and grounds.

Responsibilities include supervising custodial staff, coordinating preventative maintenance and facility projects, performing maintenance and custodial work as needed, managing contractors, and responding to after-hours emergencies including snow events, alarms, power outages, and equipment failures.
Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
