Brooks has three major operational divisions:
  • Building Services - Commercial HVAC service, preventative maintenance agreements, retrofits, and equipment change-outs 
  • Building Automation Systems (BAS) - Controls installation, programming, graphics, commissioning, and service for both new construction and retrofit projects 
  • Equipment & Parts - HVAC equipment sales, parts support, logistics, and customer service 
We are especially interested in candidates with experience in Building Automation platforms such as Distech and Niagara.
Responsibilities will vary depending on background, experience, and department fit, but may include:
  •  Commercial HVAC service, troubleshooting, and maintenance 
  •  BAS installation, programming, graphics, commissioning, or support 
  •  Electrical controls wiring and panel work 
  •  Project coordination and customer communication 
  •  Equipment startup and system optimization 
  •  Preventative maintenance and service agreement support 
  •  Technical sales, estimating, or parts support 
  •  Reading and interpreting plans, schematics, and specifications 
  •  Supporting retrofit and new construction projects 
  •  Delivering high-quality customer service and teamwork across departments
We welcome candidates from a variety of commercial HVAC and controls backgrounds, including experienced professionals, tradespeople, and emerging talent.
Helpful experience may include:
  •  Commercial HVAC service or installation 
  •  Building Automation Systems (BAS) experience 
  •  Distech, Niagara, or other controls platform experience 
  •  Mechanical, electrical, or controls troubleshooting 
  •  Project management or coordination experience 
  •  Experience working on commercial job sites 
  •  Controls programming, graphics, or commissioning 
  •  Technical aptitude and willingness to learn 
  •  Strong communication and teamwork skills 
  •  Trade school, union, military, or industry experience
