Job Title: Builder

Job Description

The role involves working on the wall panel or truss builder side of the shop, assembling panels or trusses using hand and power tools. The position requires collaboration within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble wall panels or trusses using hand and power tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members.
  • Ensure accurate and precise construction by reading and interpreting tape measures.

Essential Skills

  • Prior experience in construction.
  • Experience with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • Capability to perform physically demanding tasks such as swinging a hammer to pound plates into trusses.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with construction framing and concrete work.

Work Environment

This position is based in a manufacturing setting with multiple buildings. Work involves operating in areas with multiple truss tables and cutting saws. The role includes outdoor work in the yard area, particularly in the loading area.

Pay and Benefits
