New Construction Installation Technician
Specializing in the new home construction market, we sell, install and service our proprietary product the Built-In Pest Control System to builders, we are a growing company in a growing industry looking for career minded individuals, No experience necessary! Our corporate office is in Woodstock, GA. Additionally, we have Branch offices located throughout Metro Atlanta Area, Greenville SC, and Charlotte NC.

Position Overview: The New Construction Installation Technician will be responsible for providing exceptional installations of our system in homes under construction.
Job Responsibilities
  • Approximately 2 - 4 home installations per day.
  • Install Pestban's polyethylene tube system in new construction homes as scheduled.
  • Installation of service receptacles.
  • Install Termite Bait Stations.
  • Perform tube system modifications and repairs.
  • Clean up work debris upon job completion.
  • Complete service tickets including mapping service receptacle locations.
  • Operate and maintain installation tools and equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures as required.
  • Attend all required meetings.

General Qualifications
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexible in job duties.
  • Operate a variety of high-speed drills.
  • Service-minded, motivated, and an independent self-starter.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, office staff, Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to pass state verifiable training exam.

Experience and Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to carry, lift, and climb up to a 6 ft. ladder.
  • Work on a residential construction job site in all weather conditions.
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
