JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate is crucial for maintaining the flow of the warehouse, ensuring that products are handled efficiently, safely, and accurately. They are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, managing inventory, and preparing products for installation. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

โ€ข Load and unload delivery trucks, moving the product by hand or with forklifts

โ€ข Organize stock within the warehouse and ensure areas are kept neat and tidy

โ€ข Conduct inventory checks and assist in managing inventory levels to ensure ready availability of products

โ€ข Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements

โ€ข Assist in the preparation of orders for installation, staging goods in a time-efficient manner

โ€ข Maintain safety standards by following policies and procedures and wearing protective equipment as required

โ€ข Collaborate with the operations team to meet and exceed business goals

โ€ข Respect and uphold standards of confidentiality and professionalism within the workspace

โ€ข Regular and reliable attendance

โ€ข Work effectively in a team environment
