Job description

This Position is for a Building assistant for Mr. Build It. Mr. Build It is a DIY home renovation YouTube brand with over 1 million subscribers and 200 million+ online views. We film real builds — outdoor kitchens, playhouses, garage workshops, and full home renovations — and publish them to an audience of over a million homeowners across the country. We're looking for a full-time Build Assistant to be Alex's right-hand man on every project. You'll work hands-on alongside Alex on active builds, keep projects moving independently when he's filming or handling business, run supply pickups, and handle whatever the job requires — demo, drywall, tile, landscaping, painting, framing, and more. You'll also be a regular on-camera presence in our videos, seen by over a million people, so you need to be genuinely comfortable being filmed and natural in front of a camera. The ideal candidate is cross-trained across multiple trades, a fast learner, hard worker, and low-ego team player who takes pride in the finished product. Valid driver's license required. This is $20/hour to start, full-time Monday through Friday out of Boise, ID, with a 90-day performance review.
