To thrive as a Door Builder, you need strong skills in woodworking, measuring, and interpreting blueprints, often supported by a high school diploma or vocational training in carpentry. Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and safety equipment is essential, and some employers may require OSHA certification. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork are important soft skills that help ensure precision and efficiency on the job.
