We are looking for a Door Builder to join our Cabinet Shop team. If you enjoy hands-on work, have an eye for detail, and take pride in building high-quality cabinet doors and drawer fronts, we'd love to hear from you.Pay: $17.00- $21.00 DOESchedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00AM- 3:30PM, Friday 6:00AM-11:00AMBenefits Available:Medical, Dental, VisionSimple IRAVoluntary Life InsuranceUp to 6 PTO days per year and 6 paid holidaysWhat You'll DoBuild cabinet doors and drawer fronts according to specifications and quality standardsSet up and operate woodworking machinery and equipment safely and efficientlyUse hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete production tasksRead and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work ordersFollow all quality control standards and safety proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workstationReport equipment issues or safety concerns to management promptlyAssist the assembly team with production needs during slower periodsSupport the team with additional shop duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForRequired:Minimum of six months of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, woodworking, construction, or similar shop environment.High school diploma or equivalent.Experience using hand tools and power tools.Experience operating woodworking machinery is preferred.Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, work orders, and measurements.Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.Basic knowledge of woodworking tools, equipment, and shop practices is preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Dependable attendance and punctuality.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Willingness to cross-train and learn additional shop processes.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.Physical Requirements & Work EnvironmentWork is performed in a woodworking shop and warehouse environmentRegular standing for extended periods throughout the workdayFrequent repetitive use of hands, wrists, and fingersRegular lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 poundsFrequent bending, reaching, grasping, and moving materialsExposure to wood dust, machinery, and production noiseRegular use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye protection, hearing protection, and closed-toe shoes
