Your Role at Delta Faucet
Do you enjoy working in a fast paced, highly analytical account management position with a leading eCommerce customer? Are you a proven sales leader who knows how to drive profitable growth? Are you proficient in eCommerce channel dynamics? At Delta, we are seeking a Sales Leader who can develop and implement a growth strategy and prioritize team activities to meet sales and profit objectives through Wayfair and our other Ecomm Partners - ultimately influencing overall brand awareness across all channels.
The Sr. Ecomm Sales Manager works with a cross-functional team to meet financial, operational and strategic objectives with our Ecommerce channel partners. This individual will support all brand initiatives with the Wayfair account, as well as have account ownership of other Kraus Brand ecommerce channel partners like fergusonhome.com, Houzz, Overstock and Bed, Bath and Beyond. This individual works directly with the customer to analyze sales trends, inform key strategic decisions, manage new product launches, and ensure product availability and content remain best-in-class. A crucial part of this role is planning and driving the execution of a calendar of activities and initiatives to support sales growth as well as working to ensure future success for the organization and customers. In addition to working closely with the core Ecomm team, this role will collaborate with Finance, Customer Solutions, Operations, Product Marketing, and Sales Channel counterparts.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute all account initiatives across the Delta brand portfolio for Wayfair
  • Lead and develop ecommerce account manager (Direct report)
  • Lead and own Kraus Brand account relationships with other Ecomm Partners like Build.com, houzz, Overstock, BBB
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer platform dynamics, communicate them internally, develop strategies for success inside customer platforms
  • Lead deployment of key growth levers including promotional planning and execution, performance metrics, and market trends
  • Align and implement sales goals and priorities with key internal and external decision-makers
  • Strategically negotiate customer programs for profitable growth
  • Optimize price, promotion, advertising, and supply chain to earn strong organic placement on the digital shelf
  • Optimize operational execution through the development of new operations and fulfillment capabilities
  • Lead and own internal and customer-facing meetings to drive engagement and accountability on projects; independently resolve escalated issues
  • Utilize suite of analytics tools to make data driven decisions

Qualifications
  • BS in Business, Marketing, or related field and 5+ years of related experience
  • eCommerce Account Management Experience with a major omnichannel retail customer, preferably working with Amazon or Wayfair
  • Strong Financial Acumen
  • Self-starter and possesses the ability to quickly translate data into information to help drive decisions
  • Capacity to effectively form relationships, informally influence, and concisely communicate complex topics at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly motivated and able to resourcefully solve problems while ensuring decision-making and engagement occurs at the right levels within the organization.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects through to execution
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Remote work but ability to travel up to 25% to customers primarily & trade shows, and headquarters as needed
