As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of a Buffett Attendant is to maintain the buffet by transporting hot and cold food items from the kitchen to the buffet line, ensuring that the food pans are consistently filled, clean, and visually appealing during meal sessions.   • Transports serving pans of hot and cold food items from the kitchen and expertly arranges them on the buffet line, ensuring an appealing presentation and easy guest access.
  • Diligently monitors and maintains the buffet line, ensuring all food item pans are consistently full, clean, and attractive during meal sessions, and regularly checking and regulating food temperatures to uphold food safety standards.
  • Swiftly removes any leftover food items from the buffet line at the end of a meal session, preventing waste and maintaining the buffet's pristine appearance.
