Banquet and Buffet Server
Role Overview
A banquet and buffet server is responsible for setting up event spaces, providing high-quality service to guests throughout the event, and performing thorough cleanup once the event concludes. This role is essential for supporting large-scale functions such as weddings, corporate meetings, and private gatherings.
Job Duties
• Set up tables, chairs, linens, and buffet stations according to event specifications.
• Serve meals, beverages, and snacks while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Monitor buffet lines to ensure food items are restocked promptly and the presentation remains clean.
• Efficiently clear used plates, glassware, and silverware throughout the event.
• Assist with the teardown of equipment and ensure the event space is cleaned and restored post-event.
