Job description

Primary responsibility of the Buffet Busser is to clean tables and get them ready for the next guests.  This is a high volume setting where speed and cleanliness are of the utmost importance.  If time permits, it is acceptable to assist the food server.Essential Job Functions:
  • Excellent internal/external guest service;
  • Perform all side work as indicated by the start of shift checklist;
  • Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas;
  • Clear, wipe and reset tables according to table setting standards;
  • Transport dirty items to dish room;
  • Bring supplies from dish room; silverware, glasses, plates, coffee cups and saucers;
  • Make regular periodic runs over the carpet with sweeper;
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • High School/GED preferred
  • 6 months related experience
 Preferred: Bi-lingual a plus CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:Excellent guest service skills and communication skills;Ability to handle high volume and stress situations.
