Seasons Culinary Group, a subsidiary of Southern Foodservice Management, Inc., is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Buffet Attendant to join our team. This seasonal position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-energy environment and takes pride in providing excellent hospitality. As a Buffet Attendant, you’ll help ensure a smooth and enjoyable gameday experience by providing friendly service, maintaining a clean and well-stocked buffet, and assisting guests throughout service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up buffet lines with hot and cold food items, utensils, napkins, and other service items prior to guest arrival.
  • Greet guests warmly and guide them through the buffet service with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Replenish food, beverages, and supplies regularly and promptly during high-traffic periods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the buffet line at all times.
  • Monitor guest flow to ensure efficient movement and minimize congestion.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff and runners to ensure timely delivery of food items.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously.
  • Assist with break-down and clean-up of buffet and service area post-event.
  • Respond promptly to guest needs and escalate concerns when necessary.

Requirements

  • Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred (buffet, catering, or stadium experience a plus).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule with availability on nights, weekends, and game days.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and service etiquette.
