Job description

The Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests across multiple outlets, including the breakfast buffet, restaurant dining, bar service, and in-room dining (room service). This role ensures a welcoming atmosphere, timely service, and a high standard of hospitality while maintaining cleanliness, professionalism, and guest satisfaction. You will need an open schedule as this position does require weekends and holidays.

Both AM and PM shifts are available.

Essential Job FunctionsGuest Service
  • Greet guests promptly and professionally, creating a warm and welcoming experience.

  • Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service in all dining areas.

  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, specials, ingredients, and beverage offerings.

  • Make recommendations and upsell food and beverage items when appropriate.

Breakfast Buffet Service
  • Set up, maintain, and break down breakfast buffet according to hotel standards.

  • Ensure food presentation, cleanliness, and proper replenishment throughout service.

  • Monitor buffet quality, temperature, and guest satisfaction.

  • Assist guests with beverage service and special requests.

Restaurant & Bar Service
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining service standards.

  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas.

Room Service
  • Take room service orders via phone or system accurately and professionally.
