  • Perform manual testing across web and desktop applications built on the .NET Framework, ensuring coverage of all business-critical workflows.
  • Collaborate with developers to define acceptance criteria, identify edge cases early, and reduce defect escape rates.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries (Microsoft SQL Server) to validate data integrity, test backend logic, and support root-cause analysis.
  • Lead regression test cycles and manage test suites to keep up with iterative development.
  • Execute performance and load testing; analyze results and report findings with actionable recommendations.
  • Track, document, and follow up on defects using issue-tracking tools; ensure timely closure and proper re-test.
  • Mentor junior QA team members on best practices, test design techniques, and SDLC processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and tooling.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on software testing experience in professional environments.
  • Strong background in manual testing functional, integration, regression, system, and performance testing.
  • Solid experience testing applications on the .NET Framework.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries with Microsoft SQL Server for data validation and troubleshooting.
