• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and supportive counseling in individual, family, and group settings.
• Monitor clients' progress diligently, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Offer crisis intervention and support, utilizing de-escalation techniques and creating safety plans for clients in distress.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case reviews and treatment planning to achieve holistic client care.
• Stay informed on the latest research and evolving practices in mental health treatment through continuing education and professional development.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions, enhancing your clinical skills and receiving feedback from peers and supervisors.
