Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments for clients, evaluating their mental health status through interviews, questionnaires, and observation.

  • Facilitate regular therapy sessions, either individually or in groups, providing clients with practical tools and coping strategies to navigate their challenges.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR), documenting client progress and treatment outcomes while adhering to confidentiality protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Brightline, you will work primarily with children and adolescents within a school setting. Your clients may face various issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and substance abuse. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • Possession of a current and valid counseling license such as LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW in the state of Kansas.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working in a similar capacity, particularly within school or community settings.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 โ€“ 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
