Brightline Psychotherapy Services is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor. This full-time position allows you to work remotely while also collaborating closely with our outpatient office team in New Bedford, Massachusetts. As a vital member of our clinical team, you will utilize your licensing skills as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW to help our clients navigate their mental health journeys, fostering resilience and promoting emotional wellness.

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and treatment readiness.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their emotional challenges and align with their personal goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy modalities, leveraging your expertise in various therapeutic techniques.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress towards their goals, making timely adjustments to treatment plans as warranted.
• Provide crisis intervention services effectively to clients experiencing acute emotional distress.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA and other legal standards, ensuring ethical practice throughout your work.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care that meets clients' diverse needs.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in mental health treatment through continuous professional development and participation in workshops and training sessions.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by applicable licensing boards.

The clientele at Brightline encompasses a wide range of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Our approach is person-centered, ensuring that care is individualized and culturally competent, meeting the unique needs of each client.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to create effective treatment plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering positive relationships with clients and team members alike.
• Empathy, compassion, and a deep dedication to fostering client well-being and growth.
• Proficient in both independent and collaborative work within a team-oriented environment.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice, continued learning, and professional development.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating expertise in diverse therapeutic modalities.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team, enhancing the quality of patient care through collaborative approaches.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital record-keeping systems, as these are essential to our remote work environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, corresponding to your experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
