This role allows for a fully remote work environment, enabling you to provide therapy and support services from the comfort of your own space while having access to our outpatient facilities as needed. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional needs, identifying potential diagnoses and treatment paths.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across different modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy settings.
• Monitor client progress closely, adapting treatment plans and incorporating new strategies as required to support recovery and wellness.
• Provide effective crisis intervention support, assessing urgent needs and facilitating immediate therapeutic care for clients in distress.
• Maintain meticulous and secure confidential client records in compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with fellow professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers—to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
• Engage in continuing education opportunities to stay informed of the latest developments in mental health best practices and research.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions and professional training activities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
• Follow ethical guidelines and maintain professional standards as required by relevant licensing boards and organizations.

As a part of Brightline, you will work with a diverse patient population, supporting individuals dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Your role will be integral in fostering positive client outcomes, with each therapeutic relationship contributing to a supportive environment that prioritizes healing and recovery.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, with designations such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, able to evaluate complex client needs effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• An empathetic and compassionate approach dedicated to prioritizing client welfare and mental health outcomes.
• The ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team-focused environment.
• Thorough knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal standards governing mental health practice.
• A strong commitment to ongoing professional development, learning, and refinement of therapeutic skills.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in an outpatient or telehealth setting.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing individualized treatment plans.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.
