We are expanding and seeking dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) to join our growing therapy team across St. Charles County, North Service Area, and South Service Area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver skilled occupational therapy treatments per plan of care
  • Assist patients with ADLs, functional mobility, and adaptive techniques
  • Provide patient and caregiver education to support safety and independence
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Communicate effectively with supervising OT and interdisciplinary team
  • Participate in care coordination to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Active Missouri OTA license in good standing
  • Home health experience preferred (training provided if needed)
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
