Bread makers, also known as bakers, are professionals who prepare and bake bread, as well as other baked goods like rolls and pastries. They work in bakeries, grocery stores, and restaurants, using a variety of techniques to mix, knead, shape, and bake dough. Bread makers must pay close attention to ingredients, temperature, and timing to ensure high-quality products. Their role may also include developing new recipes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a baker?

Additionally, bakers regularly collaborate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure all baked goods are prepared and delivered on time.
