Position Summary: As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned accounts ensuring work is strategically aligned, operationally sound, and delivered with excellence for a major financial advisor client focusing on partnership strategy, hospitality and program execution. You serve as a key partner to Business Leadership and Operations teams, helping translate client objectives into clear plans that move seamlessly from idea to execution. You are client-facing and trusted to guide conversations, manage integrated workstreams, and protect both creative ambition and operational discipline. This role deepens your ownership across client partnership, financial awareness, and cross-functional leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Client & Account Leadership

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and alignment on priorities.
  • Lead status calls and internal meetings, driving agendas, documentation, and follow-through.
  • Support senior Account leadership in developing strategic recommendations and account growth opportunities.
  • Help translate client feedback into actionable direction for internal teams.
  • Contribute to partnership and activation planning across integrated campaigns.

Campaign & Operational Management

  • Develop and manage timelines across integrated campaigns (digital, social, experiential, broadcast, partnerships, etc.).
  • Manage external partner relationships (teams, leagues, talent representatives, vendors, agencies, etc.), ensuring deliverables, rights, timelines, and value commitments are executed accurately and efficiently in alignment with client agreements.
  • Monitor deliverables and proactively identify risks or resource gaps.
  • Support scope documentation and staffing coordination in partnership with senior team members.
  • Ensure workflows are clear, integrated, and moving efficiently across disciplines.

Financial & Business Management

  • Track budgets, monitor burn, and support scope management to maintain account health.
  • Assist in budget reconciliations and client reporting.
  • Gain increasing ownership of financial documentation and forecasting visibility.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies and incremental growth.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor Senior Account Coordinators and Account Coordinators.
  • Delegate effectively while maintaining accountability for final output.
  • Reinforce high standards of process, presentation quality, and client service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4โ€“6 years of experience in a creative agency, sponsorship marketing, brand marketing, or related environment.
  • Experience managing integrated campaign workflows and client communications.
  • Exposure to budget tracking and scope documentation.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets and Slides required).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, etc.) and an interest in leveraging emerging technologies to improve workflow efficiency and insight generation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience directly managing timelines and deliverables across creative and production workflows.

The pay range for this position is $82,000 - $90,000 per year. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.

Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
