Starting Pay Range: $56,676.39 / year

First Alliance Credit Union is seeking a Branch Lead to serve as the primary onsite leader for the branch while continuing to build member relationships, originate loans, and drive performance.

This is a working leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching others, leading by example, and creating exceptional member experiences. You'll maintain your own lending and production goals while helping lead branch operations, develop team members, and support overall branch success.
