We are seeking a corporate Legal Administrative Assistant to work in our Bank & Finance group. We seek an individual with previous banking LAA experience or someone who has worked at the executive administrative level who is interested in becoming a part of the legal profession.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Document creation and revisions
* Proofreading and redacting
* Maintaining electronic case files
* Project management
* Calendar maintenance including scheduling internal and external meetings
* Word Processing
* Microsoft office work including letter writing etc.
* Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Minimum of High school diploma (Bachelors Degree is preferred)
* 3+ years of law firm experience with demonstrated knowledge of corporate transactional law and/or mergers and acquisitions, as well as experience working with or supporting matters involving the banking industry and bank regulatory agencies, including the preparation of regulatory correspondence and related filings.
* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to build relationships and interest in being part of a team environment
* Exceptional organizational abilities
* High leval of attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Self-motivation and a proactive approach
* Creative thinking ability

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $30 - $43/hour. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location. In addition to a highly competitive salary, the firm offers a 37.5 work week and a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
