We are seeking a Retail BPO Business Development Director with strong experience in retail domain functions and BPO sales. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in Retail Business functions such as Merchandising, Digital, Supply Chain, or Store Operations, along with a proven track record in Retail BPO sales and client relationship management. Candidates with prior VP/Director-level experience at leading retailers who later transitioned into consulting or BPO sales organizations are highly preferred.
Key responsibilities:
  • Drive business development and sales growth for Retail BPO services across the US market
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail industry decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities within Retail, Merchandising, Digital Commerce, and Supply Chain domains
  • Develop strategic sales plans and lead end-to-end sales cycles
  • Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and leadership teams to position BPO solutions
  • Leverage existing retail industry network to generate leads and client engagements
  • Support proposal development, solution presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Stay updated on retail industry trends, digital transformation, and BPO market dynamics
