What does a BPO Sales do?

A typical day in BPO Sales involves reaching out to potential or existing customers by phone or email, presenting solutions tailored to their needs, and following up on leads generated by marketing campaigns. You’ll usually work as part of a collaborative team, sharing updates and coordinating with account managers or technical support to ensure client satisfaction. The role often requires managing a sales pipeline using CRM systems, handling objections, and closing deals to meet individual or team targets.
