Job description

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Red Hill Consulting is building a bench of Oracle Primavera Unifier experts to support a large government capital-program modernization, delivered in partnership with a leading global consulting firm. You will work inside a top-tier delivery team supporting an enterprise Oracle Primavera Unifier implementation for a public-sector Design and Construction organization, contributing to configuration, business-process design and documentation, data migration, UAT, reporting, and go-live. The engagement runs through mid-2027, is fully remote, and needs people who can start quickly.
We are hiring across several levels and specialties, so please apply even if you match only one of the profiles below.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  1. Senior Unifier SME and Administrator. Deep hands-on configuration and administration: shells, business processes, uDesigner, Cost Manager, Document Manager, user and permission setup, reporting, and integrations.
  2. Unifier Functional and Configuration Analyst. Business-process configuration support, functional documentation (FDDs, TDDs, QRGs), UAT preparation and execution, and reporting and dashboards.
  3. Project Controls Analyst (Primavera P6 and Unifier). Schedule and cost controls, budget versus actuals, procurement timelines, milestones, and P6-to-Unifier integration.
  4. Unifier Technical Writer and Business-Process Documentation Specialist. High-quality process documentation, business-process diagrams, as-built documentation, and procedures manuals, produced with rigorous QA and QC.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide configuration, back-end validation, and review support across the Unifier system.
  • Author and quality-check business-process documentation: Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Technical Design Documents (TDDs), Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), and business-process (BP) workflow diagrams, following client templates exactly.
  • Support data migration validation, UAT preparation and execution, and reporting and dashboard development.
  • Develop as-built documentation and update design and construction procedures manuals to reflect process changes.
  • Support testing, go-live, and rollout and sunsetting planning.
  • Apply stringent quality control: standardized verbiage, template and color-scheme adherence, diagram accuracy, and error-free content.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on Oracle Primavera Unifier experience (configuration or administration). uDesigner and Unifier Admin experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Unifier business processes, workflows, shells, Cost Manager, Document Manager, and reporting.
  • Strong technical writing with meticulous attention to detail and a genuine QA and QC discipline.
  • Excellent communication, comfortable in a fast-paced consulting delivery environment, and able to follow templates precisely and incorporate reviewer feedback quickly.
STRONG PLUSES

  • Capital construction, design and construction, or AEC experience, and prior public-sector or government engagements.
  • Primavera P6 experience (required for the project-controls profile).
  • Oracle Primavera certifications (Unifier, P6).
  • Integration experience (OCI or bulk data integration, SAP, Salesforce) and Primavera Analytics.
ENGAGEMENT DETAILS

  • Long-term contract through approximately mid-2027, fully remote (US-based).
  • Immediate start; interviews are moving quickly.
  • Engagement type: W2 through Red Hill Consulting; Corp-to-Corp or 1099 possible for the right candidate. Competitive rate, commensurate with experience and skills.
HOW TO APPLY

Apply through ZipRecruiter with your resume and a short note covering: your hands-on Unifier experience (modules, versions, uDesigner, admin rights), any Oracle Primavera certifications, and a sample or redacted excerpt of Unifier documentation you have produced (FDD, TDD, QRG, or BP diagram).
