Job Description
We are seeking a strong candidate for the Boutique Operations Specialist role to lead and oversee operations at our AP House New York.
As Boutique Operations Specialist, you play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operational functioning of your boutique. By providing organizational and administrative support, you empower your team to prioritize clients, deliver outstanding service, and achieve defined objectives effectively. Your commitment to excellence extends to ensuring the understanding, correct implementation, and adherence to all rules, regulations and procedures. You are responsible for maintaining and implementing all AP procedures and guidelines and serve as the main point of contact for all suppliers and external stakeholders. Your impact is felt through your exceptional flexibility, adaptability and comprehensive understanding of all boutique operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist colleagues in delivering an elevated, seamless client experience.
  • Maintain strong administrative and back-of-house support to ensure smooth boutique operations.
  • Foster open, respectful communication and contribute to a cohesive, high-performing team environment.
  • Collaborate to help achieve boutique KPIs through proactive problem-solving and shared best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to AP policies, procedures, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandise flows, POS processes, and boutique administrative tasks.
  • Serve as a key contact for suppliers and external partners, maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Support the Boutique Manager with business performance initiatives while upholding AP values of integrity and accountability.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of related experience in administration and retail operations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management, client service, administration, and shipping processes.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Proficiency using ERP and CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and has excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Previous food and beverage knowledge and experience is a plus.

Additional Information
Audemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The salary range for this position is $100k - $120k annually. This role is eligible for bonus. Salary will be based on relevant skills and experience.
