Job description

A Southeast Law Firm with National reach seeks a qualified Securities Attorney to join their Charlotte, NC office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of practical experience in the areas of capital raising.
  • Working experience in compliance and governance work.  
  • Work with public company (i.e. NASDAQ, NYSE listed) issuer side representation.
  • Experience drafting and preparing filings required under the Securities Act and the Securities Exchange Act.
  • Excellent academics.
