Key Responsibilities:

Manage litigation matters from pre-trial through trial under the guidance of senior attorneys.


Draft pleadings, motions, written discovery, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements.


Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal arguments.


Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings, and trials as required.


Develop case strategies and collaborate with attorneys, clients, and expert witnesses.


Review and analyze medical records, evidence, and case-related documentation.


Ensure compliance with Nevada State and Federal court rules, deadlines, and procedural requirements.


Maintain strong client communication while providing high-quality legal representation.


Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.


2โ€“5 years of civil litigation experience.


Strong understanding of Nevada State and Federal court procedures.


Experience drafting pleadings, motions, written discovery, and other litigation documents.


Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.


Ability to effectively manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in medical malpractice defense or healthcare law.


Trial preparation and courtroom experience.


Strong organizational and case management skills.


Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a client-focused approach.
