Hotel General Manager – Luxury Boutique Hotel (Relocation Savannah, GA)


Are you a dynamic hospitality leader looking to make a move and bring your passion for exceptional food and beverage to a new market? We are seeking a highly personable, hands-on Hotel General Manager to relocate and take the helm of our stunning luxury boutique hotel located in a vibrant historic district.


This is a rare opportunity to trade your current scenery for a highly profitable, intimate property in a premier coastal destination, where you will be the face of the hotel and ensure an unforgettable luxury experience for every guest.


Hotel General Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and financial performance for a highly successful, multi-million-dollar property.
  • Direct a robust, high-volume F&B program across three unique on-site dining and lounge outlets.
  • Manage a thriving internal catering and events operation that runs out of our existing spaces.
  • Lead and oversee an intimate, highly profitable collection of luxury guest rooms characterized by a very high average daily rate.
  • Provide vital mentorship and support to our Executive Chef and Director of F&B.
  • Maintain a highly outgoing, guest-facing presence on the floor to ensure meaningful interactions and elevated service standards.
  • Train and supervise hotel staff across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.


Hotel General Manager Qualifications

  • A strong Food & Beverage management background is strictly required.
  • Candidates with only a rooms background will not be considered.
  • Prior leadership experience in a small, luxury boutique hotel setting, demonstrating the flexibility and hands-on approach needed to run a tight-knit team.
  • Multi-outlet experience is necessary to successfully navigate our diverse dining and event spaces.
  • Working knowledge of major tier-one corporate backend systems is highly preferred.


Compensation & Relocation Benefits for the Hotel General Manager position

  • $115,000 to $125,000 annual base salary.
  • Comprehensive Relocation Package available to ensure a smooth and supported transition to our historic market.
