  • Maintenance of a clean and adequately stocked clinical environment

  • Daily restocking of exam rooms

  • Timely coordination of patient visits with providers in clinic environment

  • Assist provider with all patient procedures (lasers and administering injectables)

  • Clean and prepare exam rooms based on scheduled procedures

  • Remove suturesย 

  • Clean and sterilize instruments

  • Rooming patients and providing any necessary prep required for treatment

  • Patient education and post-cosmetic procedure and post-surgery instructions

  • Procedure photo documentation

  • Patient pre and post op phone calls

  • Obtain photo consents for cosmetic procedures

  • Obtain before and after photos for cosmetic procedures

  • Obtain photos prior to biopsies and excisions

  • Obtain consents prior to biopsies and excisions

  • Obtain prior authorization for medications, if necessary

  • Educate patients about medications, procedures and physician's instructions.

  • Use EMA softwareย 

  • Keep the facility stocked with necessary supplies, equipment and instruments.

  • Sterilize instruments and disposed of contaminated supplies in adherence to OSHA

  • Monitor medical supply levels to confirm sufficient stock, promptly placing
