Administrative Assistant

Location: Seattle, WA

Onsite Flexibility: Onsite

Contract Details:

  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 12 months
  • Pay Rate: $25.00–$29.00 / Hour (USD)
  • Shift / Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Extension / Conversion: Extension possible; conversion possible with good performance
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary:

The main function of an administrative assistant /executive assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with admin tasks, work order systems, and access control systems
  • Customer service skills (top priority)
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Office Suite preferred

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required

Required Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience required
  • 2–3 years of experience ideally in customer service, receptionist, and admin roles

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

  • In-person, onsite role in Seattle
  • Interview process: phone screen, followed by panel interview (onsite or remote)
