We are looking for a dependable Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations for a client-focused organization. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong accounting knowledge with a detail-oriented, approachable communication style. The successful candidate will manage core bookkeeping activities, maintain accurate records, and help ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions and keeping bookkeeping data organized and up to date.
• Process vendor invoices and payments while monitoring outstanding obligations to support smooth accounts payable operations.
• Issue customer invoices, track incoming payments, and follow up on open balances to maintain effective accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and internal financial records regularly to identify discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Use QuickBooks to enter, review, and manage accounting information across routine bookkeeping functions.
• Communicate with clients in a courteous and detail-oriented manner when addressing account questions, payment status, or documentation needs.
