Job description

We are hiring for a Bookkeeper in Menomonee Falls, WI. This role will focus on processing payroll and accounts receivable. This role is open due to growth at a successful mid-sized organization. If you have at least three years experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
  • Process bi-weekly payroll including taxes and other gross to net components
  • Cash applications
  • Invoicing customers
  • Payroll reporting and assisting with sales & use tax
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of accounting experience
  • Associate's Degree in Accounting desired
  • Comfortable working in accounting softwares like MS Dynamics or Sage
  • Detail oriented and able to prioritize work day
