Do you love helping people and keeping details organized? Boohoff Law is a top-rated personal injury firm looking for a Full-Time Case Manager. You will guide clients through the early stages of their personal injury cases. If you have past experience as a PI case manager, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage pre-suit personal injury cases in a fast team setting.
  • Talk to clients often and update them on their case progress.
  • Request and gather medical bills and records.
  • Review case files and track key deadlines.
  • Help out with general office tasks as needed.

What You Need
  • Proven personal injury experience — if you’ve been a PI Case, with at least 2 years with your own case load, you will hit the ground running.
  • A solid grasp of Florida car insurance laws.
  • Exceptional communication skills — with attorneys, clients, and insurance companies.
  • Obsessive attention to detail, organized systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-reward environment.
