Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a bilingual (Arabic-English) Immigration Paralegal with experience in Asylum cases.  This is a fully remote, part-time position with flexible hours.        

This is ideal for someone who is:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Skilled in communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Professional and confident in both client-facing and court-related settings

If you are someone who takes ownership of your work, learns quickly, and values professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients (lot of client interaction)
  • Conduct case preparation, follow-ups, and case updates with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist in preparing immigration applications, forms, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain organized and accurate case files using firm systems
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely case progression
  • Support attorney with case preparation, including court-related matters
  • Manage client communication while maintaining quality and consistency

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and time management
