Job Description
A premier 60-acre oceanfront family resort in the heart of the Florida Keys, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, luxury presentation, and guest comfort across guest rooms, villas, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, schedule, and supervise the housekeeping team (room attendants, supervisors, laundry staff, and public area cleaners).
  • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, suites, villas, and public areas to ensure exceptional cleanliness and adherence to luxury standards.
  • Manage housekeeping inventory, supplies, and budgets while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest requests and ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle guest concerns related to cleanliness and room readiness promptly and professionally.
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols in line with resort and regulatory standards.
  • Recruit, develop, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of housekeeping management experience in a luxury hotel or resort (Florida Keys or similar upscale environment preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain high cleanliness standards under high-volume occupancy.
  • Experience with housekeeping software/systems and inventory management.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences in a tropical resort setting.
  • Due to visa restrictions, at the moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada. The limitation to Mexican and Canadian nationals is a legal requirement tied to the specifics of the TN visa, not a preference of the employer.
