Job description

Position Title: Field Operations Manager
The Field Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of the company alongside the Founder and CEO. This position involves enhancing operational efficiency through technology and effective workforce management. The Manager will face the challenge of implementing new technologies and optimizing processes in a dynamic environment. A strong background in managing blue-collar workforces, particularly in landscaping and related trades, is essential. This role also requires a high degree of organizational skill and the ability to lead teams effectively. The right candidate will possess a blend of operational expertise and strategic vision to drive the company forward.
Salary Range: $120,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Operating Partner to enhance operational processes
  • Manage and optimize technology integration across various business functions
  • Oversee financial operations and ensure accounting accuracy
  • Lead efforts in workforce management and recruitment
  • Implement and onboard ERP software to support company growth

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of operations experience
  • Experience in managing blue-collar workforces, particularly in construction or landscaping
  • Strong accounting skills
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and accounting software like QuickBooks
  • Experience in implementing ERP software is preferred
  • Knowledge of horticulture is preferred
