Interns often collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and business development. Many biotech companies foster an open environment where interns have opportunities to present their findings to senior leadership, gaining valuable feedback and insight. This exposure is not only great for professional growth but also provides a deeper understanding of how strategic decisions are made in the industry.
